Terms of Service
Last updated: 07 October 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Beit ERP platform and related websites, applications, and optional integrations (the "Service") operated by Beit Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").
By visiting the public site, registering an organization, signing in, or connecting a third-party account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are a default operating agreement for the Service. Your organization may also have a separate written contract with Beit Solutions; that contract prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Service
Beit ERP is a multi-tenant enterprise resource planning platform. Features may include finance, CRM, procurement, projects, human resources, documents, storefront, and communication tools.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee that every module will remain available in the same form.
3. Accounts and organizations
The Service is provided to registered organizations and their authorized users. Organization administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and controlling access to business data.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Users must be authorized by their organization. You may not share logins or attempt to access another organization's tenant.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- Do not upload malware, scrape the Service without permission, or attempt to bypass security or role-based access.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, infringe intellectual property, or process data you are not entitled to process.
- Do not interfere with other customers or the integrity of the platform.
5. Email and calendar integrations
Administrators may optionally connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook so the Service can sync, send, or automate mail and calendar workflows that your organization enables.
By connecting an account you authorize us to request the permissions needed for those features and to store tokens securely on behalf of the connecting user and their organization.
You can disconnect an integration where the product provides that control. Use of Gmail data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Microsoft Graph data is used only to provide the Outlook features you enable.
We do not sell mailbox content, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow human review of mailbox content except as needed to operate the integration, comply with law, or resolve a support request with appropriate authorization.
6. Customer data
Your organization retains ownership of the business records it creates in the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data to provide, secure, and support the Service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data, including personal information of employees, clients, and suppliers, and for notices or consents required in your jurisdiction.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect personal information.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, software, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization's internal operations while your subscription or access remains active.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.
8. Fees and taxes
Paid plans, if any, are billed as agreed in an order form, invoice, or in-product subscription. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Unpaid amounts may result in suspension after notice. Fees already due remain payable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet every operational requirement of your organization.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees your organization paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or ZAR 1 000 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Organization administrators may request account closure through support.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unpaid fees, legal risk, or to protect the platform, after notice where reasonable.
After termination we may delete or anonymize Customer Data according to our retention practices and any written agreement, except where we must retain records by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published at /terms-of-service/ with a "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected on that page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
